CampusConnect - Student Information System

A new website is available to students. The new site brings lots of the information to your desktop previously available only by visiting various administrative offices.

The CampusConnect page can be found at http://mcmurry.mcm.edu. Your PIN is your birthdate. Make sure to include 0's in the date and the complete year.

Example PIN: 03021980

We are recommending securing your information by changing your PIN when you enter the first time.

Some of the information now available directly to you includes:

Class Schedule - Ever lose your schedule and have to go to the registrar's office, or catch your advisor to get another one? This feature allows you to display and print your schedule from your computer.

Grade Report - Are you tired of waiting days for the mail to come with your grades? This feature allows you to display your final grades as soon as they are posted. Course Availability - You really need to get that history class this semester but you don't know when it's available, or how many openings are left. You can now satisfy your curiosity without leaving your room. This feature displays courses being offered, their days, times instructors, rooms and available seats left. It also will tell you if a course is closed.

Unofficial Transcript - You need an unofficial transcript and don't want to make a trip over to the Registrar's office? No problem, just print one from your desk.

Account Status - As you lay awake at night, you are struck by a panic attack asking yourself "Did my parents remember to make that last payment?" You can hop up and check your account status, put your mind to rest, and go to sleep.

Financial Aid - Financial aid is a complex mix of rules and paperwork, involving state and federal aid plans that very few ever understand. This feature gives you a clear picture of what has been awarded, what you have accepted, and what has been transferred to your account. By the way it also tells you if you have all your paperwork in order.

There are two features not activated this first semester that will be activated in the future.

Degree Audit - This will allow you to perform a degree audit on your own. These necessary files are currently being reviewed because we don't want to be the cause of a heart attack by some Senior who runs it and erroneously shows they still need 36 hours. Reg, Add, Drop Courses - It would be cool to register online, or drop or add classes. Decisions are still being made concerning how to implement this feature.
