Payment of Accounts / Financial Settlement

Registration is not complete until tuition, fees, room and meals have been paid in full and/or satisfactory financial arrangements have been made with the Business Office.

For the FALL and/or SPRING semesters only, there are two payment options if full payment is not made by the first day of the semester:

Option (1) – Tuition Management Systems - For monthly payment, go to www.afford.com/mcm or call 1-800-356-8329. Payment option is a semester enrollment fee. Life insurance covering your payment balance is included.

Option (2) – Advise the Business Office of approved financial aid to over one hundred percent (100%) of your semester charges (do not include Work-Study).

A service fee of 1.5% per month (18% annual rate) is charged on any amount owed for one month or more for those not enrolled with Tuition Management System.

For May Term, full payment is due by the first class day. For Summer Sessions, payment of one-half is required by the first day with the remaining balance to be paid within the following four weeks.
