Some users have received the following message when trying to use the new Blackboard 7 Server and after performing the instructions it the error reappeared.  See below for further instructions.

Here are some additional instructions:

  1. Follow the instructions above as written.
  2. Close your browser
  3. Open browser and go to http://bb.mcm.edu

If that still does not work, in the address type the direct address http://bb.mcm.edu and hit return.

 

 

 

 

Firefox:  home

 

Go to Tools, then Options

Choose Privacy

Choose Cookies tab

Choose "Allow sites to set Cookies" and click OK.

Go to the address bar and type in http://bb.mcm.edu and hit return.

 

 

 

 

Opera: home

 

Follow the instructions that are given.  Then in the address bar type http://bb.mcm.edu and hit return.
