Our primary performance facility is the Little Theatre, housed in the Ryan Fine Arts Building, which also is home to the Music, Visual Art, and Communication Departments. The building opened in 1971 and has been well maintained. The theatre space is an 18’ x 34’ modified proscenium with an extended apron and seating for 193 patrons. We have a very nice scene shop space, an adequate costume shop, basement dressing rooms, and several storage facilities to retain props, costumes, and scenic units. We also have state of the art lighting equipment and good sound reinforcement and reproduction capabilities. In addition to the Ryan Little Theatre, we perform our homecoming musical (and sometimes student directed productions) in Radford Auditorium, a large multi-purpose space with a traditional proscenium arch and seating for about 1000.
