If you expect to find your professors here, you’re in trouble...

It used to reside in the august halls of Old Main, the original building of the McMurry campus.  Old Main may look the same from the outside, but it’s already unrecognizable on the inside.  If you even try to enter it, you’ll find the doors locked or barred.  Startng in June 2011, the building has begun a massive renovation process, with the whole interior to be gutted and then recast in state-of-the-art modernity.  This project is estimated to take at least the next two years, during which time the structure’s only occupants will be construction workers. So, to repeat the question: has SSR disappearedl?

The SSR faculty, like everyone else once officed in Old Main, have been scattered across the campus.  Most are in the temporary Cubicle Village (for lack of a better term) in the Garrison Campus Center.  Others are in the library, the Ryan Fine Arts Building, or even Maedgen.  Two have moved completely off campus.  Luckily, phone numbers and email addresses remain the same.

Before you head off to Old Main to see one of your professors, check the faculty webpage for each of the departments of the school.  The new office locations are listed there.  Or just pull out your phone and ask your professor to tell you where to go!
