Tammy Werner, M.A

Instructor of Mathematics
Tammy WernerI first joined the McMurry community in 2004 as a student. During this time I was a student math tutor in the AEC.  Upon graduating, I pursued a master’s in mathematics from Texas Tech University.  Throughout my graduate work, I was employed as a graduate part-time instructor which allowed me to gain more firsthand interaction with students.  These interactions convinced me that I was born to teach.  As I rejoin the McMurry community as a  Math instructor, I look forward to working with the students and watching as their confidence, abilities, and maybe even their appreciation of math grow.
