About the Association
As stated in the McMurry University Alumni bylaws, the purpose of
the Association is to promote the interests, welfare, and
advancement of McMurry University; to perpetuate friendships and
loyalties formed during university days; and to continue to enhance
the benefits of the Christian higher education received by its
members. Governed by a twenty-one member board of directors, the
activities of the Association are undertaken with the following
objectives in mind:

alumni network to provide professional and social support for its

to keep alumni informed of the
current state of the University |

to keep the public informed about
the University's programs and activities |

to assist the University in
student recruitment efforts |
