| 3. Provide Official Transcripts from high school and any colleges attended in United States or abroad (if abroad, transcripts must be translated to English) |

| 4. Scores from the American College Test (ACT) or the Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT) are highly encouraged. Students may be asked to provide these scores if necessary. |

Following Acceptance

2. Pay $150.00 housing deposit
