Located 180 miles west of Dallas and 444 miles east of El Paso, Abilene may be reached from Interstate 20.

From the East - On I-20, exit #292A toward Abilene. This will take you into Abilene on S. 1st. Follow S. 1st to Sayles Blvd, turn left. Continue down Sayles Blvd until you reach S. 14th. McMurry University will be on the southwest corner of the Sayles & S. 14th intersection.

From the West - On I-20, exit #279 toward Abilene. This will take you into Abilene on S. 1st. Follow S. 1st to Sayles Blvd, turn right. Continue down Sayles Blvd until you reach S. 14th. McMurry University will be on the southwest corner of the Sayles & S. 14th intersection.
