The McMurry Main Event!

As the time approaches for making your college decision, McMurry University is pleased to offer a special invitation only program designed to give students help with an/or confirm their college decision. This event is only available for those who have applied and been officially accepted for admission for the fall term 2013. During the day, students and parents will be welcomed to campus for a deeper discussion of the McMurry experience with faculty, chosen staff, Student leaders, and alumni to be sure all your questions and concerns are addressed. Students will also take part in one of the most anticipated and fun weekends of the year…a great chance to bond with existing and other incoming new freshmen. While separated from students, parents will hear from a special panel made up of faculty, staff and alumni to address your questions about student safety, life on campus, available academic assistance and a chance for a one on one discussion with a financial aid officer. At end the day, all families are invited for dinner with the President to celebrate your accomplishments. Families from greater distances will be offered a complimentary hotel room at the McM Elegante before returning home the next day. Invitations will be mailed soon or you may register online today! With so many college options available, finding and choosing a college that that serves as your “best fit” can sometimes be a difficult task. Often, visiting a college campus is the best way to learn if a school is right for you. To help you with this important decision, McMurry University welcomes visitors during our event programs or on individual dates and times most convenient to you. From a student guided campus a tour to a classroom experience, we want to service you with what you feel is needed most. Individual Campus Visits!
Can’t make it to a War Hawk Preview Day? No Problem! Individual campus visits are available any day during the week Monday through Friday with tours regularly scheduled at 10:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M. We are delighted to organize your personal campus visit to fit your needs. A campus tour, a classroom visit or a discussion with a faculty member are all available options. Just let us know what you would like to experience. Saturday visits are also available by appointment on prescheduled dates. To schedule a personal visit click here.
You can schedule a visit any time by calling the Office of Admission at (325) 793-4700. Campus tours can be scheduled Monday-Friday at 10:00 a.m. or 2:00 p.m. War Hawk Preview Day!
