WELCOME CENTER
As an addition to the campus landmark Radford Memorial Auditorium, the Welcome Center will provide a central location where alumni and other visitors to the campus can enter and be directed to departments they may wish to contact. Athletic Facilities

ATHLETIC FACILITIES
PHASE I - The new all-play surface and eight-lane track will provide McMurry University athletes state of the art facilities to play and practice football and soccer, as well as participate in intramural competition. Construction of the project will be completed in the Spring of 2006. Fund-raising continues and, as of March 1, 2006, 38% of the project’s total cost has been raised.

PHASE II - Stadium renovations designed to improve the quality of experience for spectators and media, and create new men’s and women’s locker rooms for track and soccer. There will be new concessions, rest rooms and stadium entrances.

Bynum Band Hall

BYNUM BAND HALL
The Bynum Band Hall, built in the late 1950’s, is today a sound and solid structure. However, the facility is in need of total renovation so that it can better accommodate the needs of our growing band program and foster excellence within the program’s participants. Some of the areas that will be renovated include acoustic upgrades and alterations in existing floor plans to accommodate more storage and practice space. A total of $2.35 million is needed for the project. As of March 1, 2006, over 50% has been raised.

Finch-Gray Science Building

FINCH-GRAY SCIENCE BUILDING
The Finch-Gray Science Building has served McMurry well since its construction in the 1960’s. However, advances in our understanding of student learning and changes in environmental safety, have made it necessary for the existing facility to be totally renovated and an addition built. The renovations will convert the existing building into classroom and office space, while the new addition will provide state of the art, fully equipped labs. These facilities will accommodate for new trends in student learning and teaching techniques. The Finch-Gray Expansion and Renovation will cost $20 million.

Leadership Building

LEADERSHIP CENTER
To build on the University’s successful Servant Leadership program, a north annex adjacent to Radford Auditorium is necessary. Since it will be located adjacent to Radford, it will allow the use of the Auditorium’s seating capacity. It will contain meeting rooms, conference facilities and offices. The Leadership Center will cost $2 million.
