A Note from the Dean
The life of a McMurry student involves much more than attending classes and studying. At McMurry, students can acquire incredible knowledge in the classroom, but can also acquire and develop leadership, social, and communication skills by becoming actively involved in student organizations, campus life, residence life, and a host of other activities. The secret is to "Get Involved!" The opportunities are enormous: chanters, band, athletics, hall council, MSG (student government), social clubs, honor societies, service organizations, intramurals, orientation leaders, resident assistants, Indian Insight, cheerleaders, War Whoop, Servant Leadership, Campus Activities Board (CAB), Totem, theatre, and much more. Becoming involved in these activities enrich the campus experience for students.
