Photography Request Form
To request a photographer for your event, please
fill out and submit the form below. We will then contact you to
further discuss the details.
Please fill out as much information as you can.
If you don't know, simply leave it blank.
**Requests for
photography must be submitted two weeks before the
event**
University Relations will do its best to adhere to scheduled
photography sessions. However, circumstances may arise where the
needs of the University will be better served elsewhere during your
event, and cancellation may be necessary. Notice of cancellation
will be given as early as possible.
Photos will be provided digitally on
cd.
