Please fill out this form completely (all fields are required) to request that a facility be reserved. By submitting this form you agree to abide by the rental policies, McMurry University rules, regulations, and policies, to leave the facilities in their original orderly condition, and to assume financial responsibility for any damages caused by participants or attendees at this event.
