If you are looking for a durable way to transport data then
the SanDisk Cruzer Titanium may be for you. This USB flash drive stood up to
many rigorous test from stomping on it to throwing it against walls and it
rated to withstand 2,000 lbs. And none of the test damaged the memory at all.
It is not the smallest at 3 inches long, .75 inches wide and .25 inches thick
but it still does not interfere with anything else plugged into the other
ports. It is highly rated especially for its durability which comes from its “titanium-coated
metal casing.” It supports most forms of
recent Windows applications and Mac users can also use it with no hassles. When
the drive is plugged in it lights up blue and blinks when files are being
transferred. It can also be used to store e-mail because it is compatible with
Outlook but not Outlook express. There are no rated downsides at all for this
product. With a storage space of 512 MB
and a price tag of around $150 you only end up paying about $.29 per megabyte
which is not bad at all. It would be a great pickup for a student needing to
transfer files from home to school or for someone who needs to transfer information
from home to office.
