As a member of this team, my responsibility was to conduct a search on the internet to better grasp what types of companies are out there and also to gain a greater understanding of CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Our company, M.A.S.C. inc, has put together both individual and team products including a large amount of research, a number of web pages, and powerpoint presentations. Our goal was to find 4 companies that demonstrate CRM and to gain knowledge of all of them..












My responsibility in this group project was to research and gain understanding from a CRM providerand I decided on Oracle. It is a largely popular CRM company in the United States..Oracle's business is information—how to manage it, use it, share it, protect it.
