A calendar week is as follows:

If you have met the Participation/Discussion requirement (refer to syllabus link or Moodle link course page link), you will have satisfied the attendance requirement for the course.

 

LATENESS:  Time and date stamping will be used to determine attendance, participation, and lateness of assigned work.  To determine attendance and lateness, a week begins on Monday at 12:00 a.m. and ends on Sunday at 11:59 p.m.  in your time zone. 

 

So, are deadlines important?  Yes, they are.  This is especially true for the DQs and learning team assignments since we are highly dependent upon one another’s’ responses for effective participation.  However, for most individual assignments, there is some flexibility, but only up to a point.  No individual assignment (DQs excluded) will be accepted after 2 weeks from its original due date.
