Course Description

Personal Finance (BA 3330): Study of personal finance concepts and principles with major emphasis on financial planning, budgeting, cash management, taxes, credit management, major expenditures, income and asset protection, and investment planning.

Course Objective

1. To present the key concepts and procedures used in sound financial planning and effective money management.
2. To utilize case studies and exercises to develop an understanding of the tools and techniques used in financial planning.
3. To familiarize students with various financial planning publications and additional resources.
