-How was the problem resolved?
They created databases that contained information on each user. This showed the likes and dislikes of each individual that they call in their telemarketing sales. By being allowed to talk directly with a preferred salesman or woman, it gives them a great advantage with the customer, because they are happier.
What other options are available today?
I don’t know of any other options. This seems to be working at the moment, so they shouldn’t worry about any other options.
What would you recommend?
I don’t have any recommendations. They have found success in this technique. So while people are happy, they shouldn’t change anything.
