As a member of this team, my job was to conduct a web-besed search to better understand what types of companies are out there and gain a greater knowledge on CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Our company, M.A.S.C. inc, has put together both individual and team products such as research, web pages, and powerpoint presentations. Our goal was to find 4 companies that demonstrate CRM and to gain knowledge of all of them. In the process we were also responsible for finding out as much as we could about Customer Relationship Management.
As an executive, my job was to research and gain understanding from a CRM
provider. I choose salesforce.com because it is a well known company here
in the United States and it has articles that talk about competing with
Oracle, another one of the companies our team has researched. They believe
that "delivering the most innovative technology and making it as easy
as possible to share and manage business information" is a primary
goal.
